Restart your game and you will be ready to go. 
Open The Sims 4, go to Game Options and enable Custom Contents, Mods and Script Mods.Go to the folder where your download the rar and extract the files on the following path C:\This PC/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods.
